Athena's Jeff Finkelman Featured in Pensions & Investments

Pensions & Investments investigated how asset owners and regulators are addressing climate change risks and the need for better disclosures from companies investing in fossil fuels. Jeff Finkelman, Research Associate, Impact Investing at Athena Capital Advisors, provided commentary for the article, which appeared in the first week of May.

The article, “Exxon Mobil Feels the Heat from All Sides,” specifically looked at the pressures facing the oil major in regards to climate change from both institutional investors and attorneys general from various state governments. Finkelman highlighted for P&I editor Barry B. Burr that “the investigations are at the very least a signal that those are risks that are real and have to be taken into consideration.”
